Karin Paul is a PMP-certified technical product and program manager with over two decades of leadership experience across IT, engineering, software, and data-broker industries. As a detail-oriented professional, she excels in program management, compliance, strategic planning, and business systems analysis.
Karin has a proven track record of successful project delivery, including implementing Nevada’s centralized statewide voter registration database after securing a $25 million budget from the state legislature. She also launched Nevada’s Effective Absentee System for Elections for military and overseas voters—the first in the U.S. to use digital signature technology.
Her diverse experience includes working with Microsoft on Operating System projects, managing GDPR and CPPA compliance at Bombora LLC, and overseeing IT integration projects for NASA’s International Space Station Resupply Project at Sierra Nevada Corporation. As the former COO and co-founder of Reflective Software Solutions, she built company value to $1.2 million in annual revenue before the company’s IP was acquired by a Fortune 250 company.
Karin grew up in Northern Nevada enjoying many of the outdoor sports available. Her participation in individual and team sports developed the traits and character that fed her success. Being able to give back to the community that nourished her is deeply fulfilling and meaningful.
