DESCRIPTION:AM session: 9 am – 12 pm \nREGISTER HERE\nA one day all-girls mountain bike clinic meant to help young girls fall in love with the sport of mountain biking as well as the alpine environment and terrain. Gravity Girls is intended to introduce biking skills and drills while developing confidence on the bike and beyond in a supportive all-girl environment. Girls will be taught by an all-female\, BICP certified staff and learn new progressions and tricks on their bike\, that can be taken anywhere on the mountain\, and life skills\, that can be taken anywhere off the mountain. This clinic is a one day version of our longer 3 week progressive sessions.

DESCRIPTION:Summit Camp Adult: Ages 18+ \nREGISTER HERE\nA one day\, adult\, introductory to intermediate mountain bike clinic intended to hone skills and technique on the bike so you can hit the mountain biking trails full throttle\, or at your preferred speed! The program focuses on fundamental to intermediate level mountain bike skills and development through a series of drills\, progressions\, and guided practice both on and off trials. This program is intended for adults who wish to take their mountain bike skills to a more intermediate or even advanced level while gaining more confidence under the guise of BICP certified bike coaches. Beginner to intermediate bike handling skills\, proper bike stance\, bike body separation\, proper footwork\, cornering\, climbing and trail techniques are some of the topics that will be covered. This clinic is a one day version of our longer 3 week progressive sessions.
