This program is intended for all adults who wish to take their mountain bike skills to a more intermediate or even advanced level while gaining more confidence under the guise of BICP certified bike coaches. This clinic is a one day version of our longer 3 week progressive sessions.

DESCRIPTION:AM session: 9 AM – 12 PM \nREGISTER HERE\nAn advanced one day mountain bike clinic with certified BICP coaches meant to improve and perfect the downhill skills and techniques of youth riders who are already skilled and confident on their mountain bikes. In order to participate in this program\, riders must be able to climb and ride comfortably on Intermediate trails. Athletes will focus on improving existing skills and use drills\, and progressions to increase their skill level across ALL-terrain on their mountain bikes. Skills and technique to safely learn jumps\, drops and other more technical\, advanced features such as rock gardens will taught. Riders\, will not just learn the basics but master them and learn new tricks to become an even better rider with Downhill Devils!

SUMMARY:Women on Wheels Inline Skating - single day- Carson City
DESCRIPTION:Skate to Ski: Ages: 18+ \nREGISTER HERE\nSaturday\, October 25th- Western Nevada College \nAn single day inline skating program\, exclusive to women\, preparing individuals with skills and exercises specifically geared to improve their alpine skiing while also improving their skills on skates! The skills required for skating are extremely similar and applicable to alpine skiing. Proficiency in one lends to the other. This program is a transfer learning program geared toward improving ones skating ability to become a better skier as well as give participants a new\, fun way to exercise and express their fitness. Skating fundamentals will be introduced and practiced and the connections between skating and skiing will be introduced and made clear to students. Students will gain a basic understanding of how skating can improve their general fitness and aerobic capacity. This Skate to Ski program is supported by Rollerblade and endorsed & taught by their Skate to Ski program and ambassadors.
