The program focuses on fundamental to intermediate level mountain bike skills and development through a series of drills\, progressions\, and guided practice. This program is intended for all adults who wish to take their mountain bike skills to a more intermediate or even advanced level while gaining more confidence under the guise of BICP certified bike coaches. This clinic is a one day version of our longer 3 week progressive sessions.

DESCRIPTION:Women on Wheels: Adults 18+ \nREGISTER HERE\nAM session: 9 AM – 12 PM \nDuring this one day mountain bike program\, women will learn\, practice and be introduced to the skills and positions that will make them a better more confident rider. Attendees will learn from an all-female BICP-certified bike staff\, while surrounded by other supportive women who also want to improve their skills on two wheels. Women will learn and practice proper body position\, bike mechanics\, technique & tactics to tear down and across the mountain confidently like the bad boss that you are! Progressions will be introduced to enable female athletes to both learn and practice under the guidance of expert female riders. This clinic is available for women of all skill levels and will be catered to varying abilities if needed. This clinic is a one day version of our longer 3 week progressive sessions. \n
